我国农村家庭养老存在的问题与对策

农村老年人的养老面临着养老意识淡漠、赡养权利保障不力以及孝道伦理弱化等方面的严峻挑战。解决农村养老问题需要国家、社会和家庭共同努力，构建以国家养老保障为主导、以家庭养老保障为主体、以社区养老保障为补充的多层次保障体系。从提高农村经济水平，完善法律、养老保险制度、探索社区养老模式以及和谐家庭关系等方面人手，综合治理，提高农村养老质量。

Study on the Problem and Countermeasure about the Rural Family Support

At Prosem,the family support in rural areas is confronted with many problems such as weakness of the elderly support consciousness, support right being not protected and weakness of filial piety. A multi-level security system should be built,with the national old-age security for the leading,the family support as the main body and the commu- nity support for the supplement. We need to develop rural economy,perfect the endowment insurance system and establish good family relations to improve the family support in rural areas.
