中外合作办学高校的体育师资建设

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法及实地考察等方法，以全国中外合作办学高校体育师资现状为研究对象进行调查研究，认为中外合作办学高校体育教师队伍的建设尚属初步发展阶段，有许多不完善因素影响体育教学与体育科研的发展。提出了做好中外合作办学高校体育教师的职后培训，中外合作办学特色体育教师的培养，减少体育教师教学任务以提高科研水平，完善体育教学监管机制，提高体育教师福利待遇稳定教师团队建设等建议。
