| 摘 要： | 从检察机关的地位和职能出发,分析了检察机关在审查未成年人犯罪中的各个阶段的处置措施,探讨了检察机关在未成年人非监禁处置中检察机关应发挥的作用,包括审查逮捕阶段对逮捕率的控制、审查起诉阶段对暂缓起诉制度的借鉴和判后阶段对社区矫正的参与。

| Abstract: | Starting with the position and functions of procuratorial organs,the disposal measures of procuratorial organs in different stages of examining juvenile crimes are analyzed,and the roles of these organs in implementing juvenile non-custodial disposal are discussed,including the control over arrest rate at the stage of examine and arrest,the reference of postponed prosecution system at the stage of review and prosecution,and the participation in community correction after the trial. |
