合并高校图书馆资源整合管理的问题与措施

随着相关高校的合并，图书馆在办馆规模设置、学科特色、资源共享等方面的优势，得到了充分发挥。但是，合并后的图书馆，又出现诸如馆员之间的合作问题、对藏书建设的不利影响、给图书馆自动化带来的不利影响、管理体制和服务模式不同带来的问题、人员素质偏低等新的问题。针对这些问题可采取组建一个稳定团结的领导班子；设立分馆制，全面建设，整体协调；充分利用网络的优势为读者服务；创新管理模式等措施。

Problems and Measures in the Resources Integration and Management of Library in Combined Universities

The advantages of library in combined universities are fully displayed in scale allooation, discipline characteristics and resource sharing. However, some problems exist in thee libraries. For example, problems of personnel cooperation; adverse effects on book collecting and library automation; problems resulted from different management system and service model; relatively low quality of personnel. Measures can be adopted are as follows： First of all, establish a stable and united leader group. Secondly, set up sub - libraries, construct fully, and coordinate integrally. Thirdly, make full use of web resource to serve readers. Fourthly, sset up a talented staff to meet current requirement of library.
