摘 要: | 介绍近年来单片机应用系统可靠性设计方面所取得的进展.阐述了单片机“死机”的原因.提出了几个提高硬件“看门狗”可靠性的措施,并提出利用“解码输出”提高输出控制信号的可靠性.

Abstract: | Introduced in recent years, the progress of reliability design of Single chip computer applied system. Elaborated the Single Chip Computer "crash" reason. Proposed a few improve measures for hardware "watchdog" reliability. And proposed the using "decoding output" to improve output control signal reliability. |
