从“和平发展”到“和平崛起”——兼论邓小平同志对中国外交战略思想的贡献

十六大以后,以胡锦涛为总书记的新一代中央领导集体,审时度势,以开阔的视野、全新的思路,果断提出了"和平崛起"的新理念,不仅在外交理念上实现了与时俱进,而且大大发展和深化了邓小平同志"和平发展"的外交战略思想。"和平崛起"战略的提出,将有助于化解矛盾,维护世界和平,形成中国发展的良性外部环境,有助于从观念形态上塑造中国发展的形象,理顺中国民众的心态以及与外界的关系,使世界正确感知、认识中国。
