| 摘 要： | 本文从事业单位财务管理工作的内涵出发,指出事业单位财务管理工作存在诸多问题,如缺乏与时俱进的财务管理观念,缺乏规范健全的财务管理制度,缺乏相关的资金监管约束机制,缺乏高素质的财务管理人员,等等.文章针对这些问题提出了相应的对策建议,旨在促进事业单位财务管理工作的顺利开展.

| Abstract: | This article,on the basis of connotation of the financial management in institutions,points out that there exist many problems in the financial management of institutions,such as lack of concept of financial management advancing with the times,lack of standardized and sound financial management systems,lack of related financial supervision mechanism and high quality financial management personnel,etc.For these problems,it offers corresponding countermeasures and proposals so as to promote the smooth development of financial management in institutions. |
