| 摘 要： | 艺术生产，说到底不过是生产的一种特殊形态，它必然要受到生产的普遍规律的支配。但是艺术生产作为满足人民群众审美需要的精神生产，又与物质生产有本质的不同。因此，在市场语境下，艺术生产既要适应建设市场经济体制的需要走向市场，又要符合精神文明建设和文艺自身发展规律的要求超越市场。

However, artistic productian differs from material production when it works as spiritual production to meet people's aesthetic needs. Therefore,when put in the market con- text,artistic production should not only step into the market to match the market economy system but also go begond the market to be in accordance with spiritual civilization. |
