| Abstract: | Training personnel with innovative spirit is an important guiding thought of the present higher education of our country. Only by reforming old systems of instruction and plans of training, building up new mode and new environment for fostering qualified talents, and following the road of offering education by combining production, study, and research can we train high quality new type innovative personnel for the society. |
