| 摘 要： | 随着我国城市化进程的加快，大量农村土地被征用，产生了大量的失地农民。作为新的弱势群体，失地农民合法权益遭受侵害的现象日益严重，成为我国社会发展中必须面对而又急需解决的问题。由于对失地农民的权益保护缺乏必要的法律支撑，致使农民失去土地后面临严重的生存风险，同时也带来了权益缺失救济的困难。因此，根本的问题要从法律制度层面入手，针对失地农民权益保护的具体要求，健全和完善相关的法律制度与保障机制，为失地农民的权益保护提供法律支持。
