| Abstract: | Anti-unfair Competition Law has advantage over the Trademark Law regarding the practices as squatting domain names. But there are many shortcomings in the current Anti-unfair Competition Law. If we want to promote the cyber economy to develop further, we must hurry up to alter and perfect Anti-unfair Competition Law. |
