| 摘 要： | 为有效配置综合交通资源、构建综合交通体系提供理论依据，运用综合交通经济分析和系统学的基本理论，采用纵向比较和横向比较的方法，分析了中国综合交通的发展战略趋势、不同交通方式技术经济特性可比性研究的理论基点、研究边界、研究框架和研究内容等。分析认为，不同交通方式技术经济特性可比性研究必须从社会经济发展的视角，兼顾综合交通网络、综合运输通道、综合交通枢纽交通资源配置的要求，以综合运输通道布局规划与资源配置为重点，结合静态技术经济特性、动态技术经济特性、通道条件3个方面，运用逻辑判断和构建定量计算模型的方法，在充分考虑存量的基础上，重点从增量的角度构建比选平台。
