从心理问题学的角度透视心理技术

“心理问题”和“心理疾病”是两个不同的基本概念。心理问题具有内隐性、自指性、易变性、复杂多样性和文化差异性。根据心理问题的性质特征，心理技术具有复杂多样性、间接性、不确定性、人格和道德制约性、文化差异性等特性。根据心理问题的特点和心理技术的作用，心理技术可分为自指性技术和他指性技术；或发现心理问题的技术和解决心理问题的技术。

Psycho-tech as Viewed from Psychological Problem Atology

This article discriminated ＂psychological problem＂ from ＂psychological disease＂ in the perspective of problematology and argued that psychological problem had obscurity, self-orient, changeability, complexity, cultural diversity and other characteristics, which implied that psychotech had the same characteristics as well. It classified psycho-tech as self-oriented and other-oriented ones according to the characteristics of psychological problem. Meanwhile, it classified psycho-tech as discovering and solving ones according to their function.
