| 摘 要： | 分析海事行政法的价值,指出海事行政法是海事法均衡发展的一个支点,中国海商法"一条腿走路"极大地限制了海事法的自身发展,并指出只有在"大海事法"的格局中,在传统海商法理念及研究范式转变的前提下,中国海事行政法才有出路。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the merit of the administrative maritime law,the paper pointed out that the administrative maritime law was the crucial support of the balanced development of maritime law,but the hop with one leg of China's maritime law confined greatly maritime law itself.So China's administrative maritime law could find way out only after the change of research model of maritime law in "big maritime law" pattern. |
