| 摘 要： | 科学技术进步在本质上是一种革命力量.没有任何力量可以阻挡科学技术进步.在当代科学前沿和社会需要的结合点上,高科技通过创新不断发展,我们要关注和研究它所提出的伦理问题,预测科学技术进步可能对传统伦理带来冲击的方方面面,以避免或减少这种冲击造成社会混乱.

| Abstract: | Sci tech progress is, in nature, a revolutionary power which cannot be checked. At the bonding point of contemporary scientific frontier and social needs, high sci tech develops ceaselessly by way of innovation. The ethical problems cropping up in the due process should be followed with interest and studied; the possible impact of sci tech progress on traditional ethics should be predicted, so as to avoid or reduce the chance of the resulted social disorder. |
