全氧冠醚聚硅氧烷交联毛细柱的研究

摘    要:分别以偶氮特丁烷和过氧化二异丙苯为交联引发剂,引发交联全氧冠醚聚硅氧烷石英毛细柱,研究了两种交联方法,优化交联条件,并对交联方法进行了对比和讨论.其中,偶氮特丁烷作为交联引发剂交联效果优于过氧化二异丙苯引发剂,其交联效率大于95%,柱效高于4500块/米,300℃时柱流失基线漂移量为2.7×10-13A,酚油和二苯酮乙基取代物混合物在交联柱上得到良好分离.与未交联柱比较,柱效未损失,但热稳定性明显增强.最后,探讨了交联对冠醚硅氧烷保留机理的影响

Abstract:Two crosslinking methods of the crown ether polysiloxane stationary phase on fused silica capillary columns were studied,and their chromatographic performances were evaluated.It is demonstrated that the columns crosslinked with ATB as an initiator were better than those with DCUP in column efficiency,crosslinkage and thermal stability.The columns coated with the crown ether polysiloxane and then cured with ATB can separate the phenol-oil and ethyl substituted dipheylketone isomers,and satisfactory results have been obtained.Finally,the effects of crosslinking on the separation mechanism on the column is also discussed.
