| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO以后 ,必将对我国知识产权保护工作产生影响 ;对数字图书馆的著作权保护应从确立数字图书馆的著作权法律地位、完善著作权法中有关数字图书馆的内容、加强对资版与侵权行为的打击力度等方面进行。
