| Abstract: | On the basis of the study into "Clause201", Americas internal law, which emphasizes on the imposition of extra tariff on imported iron and steel products so as to protect the domestic industries, this paper concludes that the middle - of - the - road voters are the decisive political economic factor in the drive of trade protection. According to the author, management trade becomes the outward form of neo - trade protectionism. |
