在国内社会工作专业实习环境不完备的背景下，N学院社会工作系以国家政策背景为依据，充分挖掘本地潜力机构，开展专业实习多年，实习课程体系已初具规模。本文的目的在于更好地总结社会工作专业实习中的形式、手段、效果，分析实习机构的适合性，为国内的社会工作专业实习提供一些有价值的线索。

Thinking about Construction of Social Work Professional Training Course --A Case Study of N College

The social work profession in the domestic training environment against the backdrop of incompleteness, N Institute of the Department of Social Work in the context of national policy as the basis, fully taps the potential of local institutions to carry out professional training for many years; their internship training system has begun to take shape. The purpose of this paper is a better summary of the social work profession in the form of attachment, means, results, analysis of suitable training institutions for domestic professional practice of social work to provide some valuable clues.
