社会工作实习模式的实践探索和思考

本文总结了广西师范大学历届进行社会工作专业实习以来的实践探索经验,在专业实习时间、空间、督导、制度建设等方面力图突出高校与实习单位之间相互沟通、合作的关系模式,思考并谋求共同克服缺乏专业机构、缺少专业督导、实习经费不足等问题,促进实习生掌握专业方法和技能技巧,获得专业成长。

Practical Exploration and Reflection on Model of Social Work Practice

This paper summarizes the exploratory experience in previous professional practices of social work that carried out by the Guangxi normal university, and tries to highlight the relational model of co-operation and communication between universities and institutions in the time of professional practices, the space, supervision, system construction and other aspects. Meanwhile thinks and seeks to overcome the lack of professional organizations, professional supervision as well as founding for practices, with the aim of promoting the interns＇ professional measures and skills to access to professional growth.
