本土化社会工作人才培养模式初探

转型期的中国社会问题具有较大的复杂性,而社会工作者在其中扮演的角色也越来越重要。传统的社会工作人才培养模式存在的问题,势将成为阻碍社会工作职业化进程的重要因素。本文探讨了本土社会工作人才培养过程中存在的若干问题,并从政府、学校、教师三个向度做出了一些思考。

Preliminary Study on the Training Mode of Localized Social Workers

China is undergoing a transition. During this period of time, the social problems are so complicated, and the roles that the social workers play seem to be more and more significant. The issues that lie in the traditional training mode of social workers are bound to be the major factor which will impede the process of professionalization of social work. This paper discusses some problems that lie in the training process of localized social workers, and put forward some recommendations from the view of the governments, schools and teachers.
