残疾人事业城乡一体化服务体系研究

残疾人事业城乡一体化服务体系建设是一项综合性的社会系统工程。改革开放以来,我国残疾人服务体系建设取得了显著的成绩,尤其是近年来以残疾人事业城乡一体化统筹发展为突破,在推进残疾人服务体系建设方面做了许多有益的探索,积累了一些成功的经验和行之有效的做法。本文在简要描述残疾人服务体系建设的背景和现状的基础上,总结了残疾人服务体系建设的实践经验,分析了制约残疾人服务体系城乡一体化的因素,并提出了解决问题的基本路径。

The Study on the Urban- rural Integration of Service System for the Disabled Person

The construction of urban- rural integrated service system for disabled person is a comprehensive social project. Since the reform and opening up, the construction of our country＇s service system for the disabled has made the remarkable progress. Especially in recent years, our country has made a breakthrough in the urban- rural integration of the case for the disabled and has accumulated some successful experiences and effective practices in the exploration of advancing service system. On the basis of explaining the background and present situation of service system for the disabled briefly, the article summarizes its practical experience, analyzes the restricted factor of urban- rural integrated service system for disabled person, and proposes some solution way.
