论和谐社会构建中的社区文化建设

现代社区作为不同阶层、不同利益群体、不同经济社会组织的聚集地，居民与社区的关系变得十分紧密，而作为社区中人们归属感和凝聚力体现的社区文化建设便成为构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。本文对社区文化的特点、作用及社区文化建设中存在的问题进行了分析探讨，对发展社区文化建设提出了相应的对策建议。

Development of Community Culture in the Construction of Harmonious Society

Community is the aggregation region of different social strata, different interest groups and different economic social organizations. The relations between residents and community be- come very close. The community culture construction embodied by the people＇s sense of belonging and cohesion in the community is essential requirement of construction of harmonious society. In this paper, the characteristics and roles of community cultural, main issues in aspect of community culture construction are analyzed, and hence and recommendations are raised on devel-opment of community culture.
