反思中国社会工作专业化面临的主要困境

中国社会工作经过20年的长足发展，已取得很大进步，但也存在着一些困境，需要我们以整体的视角对当前中国社会工作发展现状作宏观把握，理论联系实务，考量自身、参照别国或地区的发展经验，认真反思发展瓶颈。本文首先探讨了社会工作专业化、职业化、本土化三者的关系，并着重从社会工作专业化角度反思中国社会工作发展面临的困境，最后分析了社会工作发展面临的其他主要困境，并试着寻找一些切实可行的解决策略。

Reflecting the Present Key Predicament about Chinese Social Work

Chinese social work has achieved rapid development in recent 20 years. At the same time it also meets predicament. We should link theory with practice, understand the situation of current development of Chinese social work using unitary angle. On the basis of practice, we should summarise experience and learn foreign experience, seriously reflect those problems on the way, in order to find a correct path. Firsdy this article discusses the relationships during professionalization ,occupation and location of social work, then pay more attention to reflect the predicament on the professianalization of social work, at last analyes other key predicamant from internal and external factor.
