社工专业实习中的超能与超权问题研究

通过对本系2006级学生的专业实习进行的跟踪调查,探讨专业实习中遇到的超出能力范围和超出权力范围的问题,发现这些问题主要出现在专业的实习机构,问题的类型有情感心理问题、与家庭相关的问题和求助者自身发展的问题,其中超出权利范围的问题主要出现在带由政府性质的机构中。导致遭遇这种问题的原因有问题本身的特殊性、实习生自身的原因和学校的原因。解决这类问题的对策有加强学生专业素质的培养、加强学校督导和机构对社工专业实习的积极配合。

Problems beyond Capabilities and Powers of Social Work Students Encountered in Field Practice

On the basis of a survey of the problems that are beyond the capabilities and powers of the 2006 grade social work students encountered during their field practice, this survey discovers that： firstly, the more professional the institutions ,the more frequency of these problems happen; secondly, there are three types of these problems, i.e. a. problems that are related to the family, b. emotional and psychological problems, c. self- development problems; thirdly, the reasons why the students can not solve these problems result from： a. the peculiar characteristics of the problems, b. students＇ personal aspect, c. reasons related to the institutions and the college etc. The solutions may well be： a. to strengthen the students＇ professional quality, b. to enforce the responsibilities of the supervisors, c. to get sufficient preparation, d. to ensure interval seminars between the breaks of the practice from both the institutions and the college, e. positive co- operation and acceptation from the institution of the students.
