| 摘 要： | 社会工作作为一项专业化的助人服务工作，其应用性、操作性较强。其实践性取向要求社会工作专业教育需要特别注重实践教学，注重培养学生的实际操作能力。本文从上海科技学院的实践出发，详尽介绍了上海科技学院社会工作专业实践教学的基本做法，并反思不足之处，提出相应的对策。

Its practice demands particular emphasis on practice teaching and focus on students＇ practical ability. Basic teaching practices of Social Work Major in Shanghai College of Science and Technology as well as some are introduced in detail in the paper. |
