| Abstract: | The so called NGOs possess the characters of independence, flexibility, popularity and commonweal, etc. And the role of NGOs that they play in AIDS preventing and eontroUing is remarkable and noticeable. In this thesis, we have analyzed the important role of NGOs in AIDS preventing and controlling and discussed the predicaments that they face in their development, and finally proposed some measures for NGOs to take part in the works of AIDS preventing and controlling. |
