西部欠发达地区社会工作发展中的主要问题

在我国社会转型的历史进程中，社会工作的需求大量增加并且日益多元化，专业化的社会工作日益成为我国公共服务体系中不可或缺的重要组成部分。西部欠发达地区由于经济社会发展水平低、社会组织发育缓慢，社会工作的发展还面临着一系列突出的问题。西部欠发达地区必须立足于区域特征，始终坚持政府主导和推动社会工作发展的理念，整合社会工作资源，逐步拓展社会工作介入的领域，加大社会工作人才开发的力度，进一步完善社会工作发展的社会支撑体系。

Main Problems of Social work Development in Western Underdeveloped Region

in the history of our country＇s social transformation process, the demand of social work greatly increase and increasingly diverse, professional social work of our public services is increasingly becoming an important system component. In the western underdeveloped region, because of the low level of economic and social development, slow development of social organization, the development of social work is still faced with a series of outstanding questions. The western under-developed areas must be based on regional characteristics, always ad- here to government-led and promote the development of social work, to integrate social work resources, and gradually expand the area of social work intervention ,to increase social work talent development efforts, and further improve the development of social work social support system.
