| 摘 要： | 学校团体心理辅导是青少年心理健康教育的重要方法之一，能做到对心理问题的积极预防。本文论述的是在优势视角下，采用参与式方法对中学生展开团体心理辅导，关注学生抗逆力的提升，主要从对朋辈群体的归属感、内在优势因素以及自我效能感的培养三方面展开论述。

| Abstract: | School group psychological counseling is an important method in adolescent mental health education, which can take precautions against mental health problems. Under the strengths perspective, this article is taking participatory method and focused on the improvement of re- silience, mainly discussing from the development of the aense of belonging to the peer groups, interpersonal factors and self-efficacy. |
