| Abstract: | The community residents＇ committee and other Social organization are the organization resources of implementing propaganda and mobilization. Usually they are carried on regarding the community constructs.The public opinion unblocking work of community residents＇ committee is realized by propaganda and mobilization in influencing suboy, and the combined effect on basic society＇ harmonious steady progression is fonned. |
