| Abstract: | In future world, the vigor and the competitive ability of any nation,region and city will be decided not only by its original history, nature, geography and the cultural assigns, but by its soft and hard strength and the environment. Thus we must set up the sense of environmental philosophy ,and we should also further open the culture and consciousness, create economy, increase and develop the cultural creative industry, innovate the industrial plan and the industrial thought, and optimize the industrial and developmental environment of the city. |
