| 摘 要： | 紧紧围绕党的十七大主题充分履行行政监察职能，一要加强监督检查，为推动科学发展提供政治保障；二要抓好纠风治乱，促进社会和谐，解决民生问题，维护群众利益和民主权利；三要注重预防腐败，形成预防腐败的文化氛围，创新和完善体制、机制、制度，保持对腐败分子的高压态势；四要运用监察手段，强化行政问责，建设法治、高效、责任政府。

| Abstract: | Administrative supervision should act on the theme of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party to perform the following duty: 1) to reinforce supervision and inspection to politically guarantee scientific progress;2) to rectify social order and morale to promote social harmony and safeguard people's interest;3) to guard against corruption to innovate institutions,mechanism and system;4) to strengthen administrative responsibility by means of supervision to establish a government of legality and efficiency. |
