长江三角洲地区资源开发与环境保护一体化构想与对策

生态环境污染及资源破坏已成为影响长江三角洲地区社会经济持续发展的大问题,若不尽快加以解决可能造成灾难性后果。因此该地区各城市政府必须把资源与环境问题摆上重要的议事日程,并采取切实措施加以解决。必须改变目前各地独立、封闭地进行资源开发利用与生态环境保护的工作方式,走区域一体化的资源开发与环境保护的道路。

A Conceptual Framework of the Integration Strategy for Resources Exploitation and Environment Protection in the Yangtze Delta

Environment pollution and resource destruction have been severely hindering economic and social development of Yangtze Delta, which will probably cause disastrous consequences, if it is given no prompt solutions. Accordingly, municipal authorities in this area should include resource and environment protection into their agendas, and take effective measures to solve the existing problems. The current blocked mode for resource allocation and environment protection must be altered. Resource exploitation and environment protection must be intensively integrated.
