On Three Decisions of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress Authorizing the State Council Legislation

This article mainly examines the content of the three decisions made by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress authorizing the State Council legislation. So it is advised that the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress should formulate definite rules in authorizing the State Council, according to"the law of legislation".
