企业的社会责任及其实现方式

企业担负社会责任的依据,在于它的社会性质及其选择经营方式的自由能力。就其内容来说,企业的社会责任分为内部责任和外部责任;就其实现方式来看,有劳工组织、协会、消费者的倡导、监督,政府的行政行为,认证,企业自愿担负责任。企业社会责任运动发轫于欧美国家,现已逐渐扩展到全球范围,这是经济全球化的必然要求。对于包括中国在内的发展中国家来说,面临着是逃避责任快速发展还是担负责任可持续发展的矛盾。

The Enterprise Social Responsibility and its Means of Realization

The basis for enterprises undertaking social responsibility is its social character and its free choice of management. The contents of enterprise social responsibility are divided into inner responsibility and outer responsibility; the means of its realization include the supervision from laborer organization and consumer association as well as the administration of government, and the enterprise volunteer responsibility. The movement of enterprise social responsibility starts from European countries and America, spreads worldwide now. All the developing countries including China are faced with the problem whether to escape the responsibility and develop rapidly or to undertake the responsibility to persist in development. To Chinese enterprises, it is necessary to make strategies and developing programs of undertaking social responsibility on the basis of international certification of enterprise social responsibilities.
