| 摘 要： | 从动力机制的视角,对成果转化的障碍因素和如何建立成果转化动力机制进行了深入探讨。提出解决成果转化难的根本途径是建立和完善市场化的科研创新绩效评价、技术权益保护、金融投资及科技中介等体系,并通过确立企业市场经济主体的地位,使成果转化具备原发动力,利用系统的自激作用实现正向反馈,加速成果转化系统进入良性运转。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the problems in and the driving power of the industrialization of high technological accomplishments, and proposes that the ideal way for such transfer is to establish a market-oriented scientific evaluation, technological copyright protection, financial investment and science-industry mediation system. The author further postulates that industrial agencies based on market economy will help technological accomplishment turn to its own driving force and thus form a beneficent cycle. |
