马克思产权制度变迁理论探析

在马克思看来,产权和产权制度不是抽象的、永恒的和凝固不变的概念,而是在不同的社会关系下不断发展与演变的动态化概念。本文研究发现,马克思关于产权制度变迁的分析,是按照两条相互联系的主线来进行的。一是考察了人类社会经济形态不同发展阶段的所有制形式或产权形式的制度变迁,一是考察了产权权能从统一到分离的制度变迁。

On Marxism Theory of the Property Rights System Change

and eternal,but a developing,changing and dynamic concept in different social economic relation.From two interactional erspectives Marx analyzed the system of property rights change.On the one hand Marx studied the system of property rights change in different period of human social economy,and on the other hand Marx simultaneously researched the change that the property rights were separated from integrated nity to different parts.
