| 摘 要： | 核心能力是能够帮助企业建立竞争优势的能力。核心能力是企业生存和发展的支柱。我国企业由于经济体制、传统文化等因素的影响 ,长期不重视企业核心能力的构建。要构建我国企业的核心能力 ,必须突破观念上的障碍 ,坚持独立开发与借助外援方式并举的方针 ,并做好其他体制改革与完善的配套工作。

| Abstract: | Core capablity can help our enterprises to establish competitive advantages.It's the pillar of existence and development for our enterprises.The enterprises in China have paid no attention to the construction of core capability for a long time because of the economic structures and traditional cultures so to construct the core capability,we must break through the old modes of thought and follow the policies of independent development and foreign aids with other structures to be reformed and perfected at the same time. |
