| Abstract: | Constructing a scientific and reasonable contract management system is one of the most important contents of college and university standardizing administration and of management in accordance with law. A whole processed dynamic contract management system should be constructed on contract management organization system which combines a united contract management with specific management so as to protect and strengthen the right and the interest of colleges and universities and ensure their healthy development. |
