| 摘 要： | 本文试图将现代企业核心竞争力的概念引入农业,在产业经济学和制度经济学的框架下,使之扩展为产业层次的农业核心竞争力,在此基础上进一步分析农业核心竞争力的特征、构成和影响因素,进而探索出农业核心竞争力的生成机制,为农业核心竞争力的培育和农业竞争力的提升提供理论支持。

| Abstract: | This paper,based on the viewpoint of competence and core competence in modern stratagem and management theory,introduces the conception of industry competence,agricultural competence and agricultural industry's core competence. It defines the connotation of core competence of sustained development of agriculture. Furthermore, it analyzes the characteristics and constitutional factors of agricultural industry's core competence. Finally,it puts forward the strategic measures to improve the core competence of agricultural industry. |
