| 摘 要： | 由于日本经济长期处于低迷状态,再加上金融危机的影响,其大学毕业生的就业形势严峻。2009年起日本政府设置了紧急雇佣对策本部,在首相府的领导下,内阁府联合文部科学省和厚生劳动省及经济产业省采取了多种措施千方百计地从多方面对促进大学毕业生的就业加以引导和奖励,以提高其就业率。这些措施在一定程度上缓解了日本大学毕业生就业难的问题,也给同样面临困难的我国大学毕业生的就业问题提供了一定的启示。

| Abstract: | The employment situation of Japan college graduates has been worrying due to long-termed Japanese economy depression,as well as the recent hurt from financial crisis. Since 2009,Japan government set up Emergency Headquarters on Employment.Led by Prime Minister of Japan and his Cabinet,in conjunction with CAO（Cabinet Office,Government of Japan）,MEXT（Ministry of Education,Culture,Sports,Science,Technology of Japan）,MHLW（Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare） and METI（Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry）,comprehensive efforts were made to boost employment of college graduates by leading and encouraging employment on multiple as pects. The measures have so far in some degree eased straits of Japan college graduates employment,and furthermore are inspiring for China which is also facing the problems of college graduates employment. |
