| 摘 要： | 随着我国保障性住房政策的不断完善,住房保障供给过程中所涉及的工具和模式研究逐渐从宏观的政策层面向微观的管理层面转变。公众参与对完善我国保障性住房供给政策和管理有着极其重要的作用。本文试图对公众参与在保障性住房供给各阶段中的运用进行分析,在此基础上,提出公众参与保障性住房供给应注意的几个问题,从而为实践提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | With the constant improvement of our country public housing policy,the study of the supply process of public housing gradually shifts from a macro policy level to the microcosmic management level. Public participation is of important meaning to perfect the policy and the management of our country public housing.In this article, we attempt to analyze the application of public participation in the stages of the construction of public housing. Based on this, puts forward several problems which should be paid attention to in the process of public participation of the construction of public housing,so as to provide theoretical basis for practice. |
