| Abstract: | Obedience is the basis for the natural operation of an organization,while rational treason is the key for the vitality and creativity of the organization.Rational treason of the subordinates is the exhibition of their cognitiveability,responsibility and degree of faithfulness,and the effective complement to the thinking modes and works of the decision-makers.Knowing the value and significance of rational treason of the subordinates and commanding the strategies and methods of the treasons are not only the needs,necessities to the subordinates' roles,but also the key for the superiors reduction of their errors. |
