社会人文因素对《黄帝内经》养生学思想的影响

摘    要:《内经》是中医学理论的奠基之作,除阐述医学理论之外,还广泛涉及到哲学、天文学、气象学、养生学、社会人文等多方面的内容,汇集了从春秋至秦汉时期的传统文化中的精华,形成独具人文性和多元思维特点的中医文化。《内经》养生学思想在天人相应整体观的影响下,重视内外兼顾、形神合一、动静结合,主张未病先防、预防为主的"治未病"思想,尤其重视社会心理因素对人体健康状态的影响作用,迄今仍有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Neijing,the foundational book of the theory of TCM,widely involves in various aspects of contents,including philosophy,astronomy,meteorology,health preservation as well as social humanities apart from illustrating the medical theory.Gathering the essence of traditional culture from Chunqiu to Qinhan periods,it forms TCM culture with unique humanity and multivariate thinking.The thought of health preservation in Neijing influenced by holistic conception of correspondence between human body and natural environment emphasizes mutual consideration of the internal and the external,unity of the body and spirit as well as combination of motion and static,proposes the thought of "diseases prevention" which means that prevention should firstly be made before diseases occur,especially pays more attention to the effect of social psychological factors on human health.So far,it still has important instructive significance.
