| 摘 要： | 切开排脓引流是疮疡成脓后的主要治法,该医疗方法起源很早,传统的切开方法包括使用砭石、铍针、火针及烙法等。从历代文献当中梳理该方法的起源、发展及成熟过程,发现古代文献对脓肿的切开时机、切口的位置、切口方向、深浅、大小及注意事项有详细论述,为此从中整理挖掘出这一技术的发明创造价值。

| Abstract: | Incision and drainage with an early origin is the principle treatment after the suppuration of ulcers,which mainly introduces the use of stone needle,beryllium needle,fire and burger method,etc.The paper summarizes the inventive and creative value of this technique since detailed discourse regarding cutting time,position,direction,depth,size of incision as well as matters needing attention were discovered when organizing its origin,development and maturation process from ancient literature. |
