中药产业营销与贸易人才队伍建设研究

摘    要:中药产业营销与贸易人才是中药流通环节供需双方的连接纽带,对中药产业的发展起着关键作用。对中药产业营销与贸易人才队伍的现状、人才队伍建设存在的问题及未来需求进行了概括和分析,并综合三方面情况就如何加强中药产业营销与贸易人才建设提出了几点建议,以进一步改进中药营销与贸易工作,从而最终促进我国中药事业的发展。

Abstract:Marketing and trading talents,the bridge connecting suppliers and demanders in circulation links of traditional Chinese medicine,play crucial roles for the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry.The suggestions of how to strengthen the construction of marketing and trading talents team and further improve its work to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine were presented,in view of the summary and analysis of the following three aspects:the present situation of marketing and trading talents team,the existent problems in its construction and the future demands.
