| 摘 要： | 我国农村中存在着大量的剩余劳动力，90年代初开始，农村中的剩余劳动力大量涌入城市打工谋生，如今已形成了庞大的“农民工”群体。“农民工”经常让人联系到“农民工问题”，其中就包含着农民工犯罪率上升问题，社会对之非常关注。从介绍农民工犯罪的现状入手，对农民工犯罪的若干问题进行调查研究，并提出了一些解决和遏制农民工犯罪的方法。
