| 摘 要： | 我国已成为西方发达国家滥用反倾销手段 ,进行“攻击”的主要对象 ,特别是进入 90年代 ,反倾销案数量剧增 ,成为受到反倾销调查最多的国家 ,而且这种现象还随我国入世而呈增长的趋势 .如此频繁众多的反倾销 ,主要是国外不合理、不公平、歧视性的做法所致 ,当然也有我国自身的一些原因 .面对这种现象 ,从企业到政府都应深究其原因 ,寻找其对策

| Abstract: | Our country has become the main target that some western developed countries assault by abusing the measures of anti-dumping. Particularly during the 1990s, anti-dumping cases increased. Our country has become the one that received the most anti-dumping events. Moreover,this phenomenon doesn't decrease with our country's entry to WTO, and has an increasing trend in the future. Besides the reason that some foreign countries act unreasonably, unfairly and discriminately, we, enterprises and governments, should bear the responsibility in part as well. |
