| 摘 要： | 当前,网络已成为人类生存的第二空间——网络空间。网络生态系统的文明要素包括网络主体、网络信息、网络技术与基础设施以及网络政策法规和网络文化等。遏制不良网络文化,培育健康网络文化,是全世界的人共同面对的一件事,社会、政府、产业、社会消费者都必须成为网络健康生态的建设力量。
