| 摘 要： | 我国A股市场所出现的各种问题,从根本上说都是由于我国证券市场存在着内生的制度性缺陷--表现在体制缺陷、机制缺陷、功能缺陷和规则缺陷四个方面.运用制度变迁的经济学理论对我国证券市场制度性缺陷形成的原因进行分析,得出了选择强制性变迁模式是造成我国证券市场制度性缺陷的根本原因.

| Abstract: | As for various problems that have occurred in China' s A stock market, the basie cause is that there exists system limitation developed from the stock market, including limitation of system, mechanism, f unction and regulations. This paper has analyzed the cause which induces system limitation of China's A stock market by using system - economics theories and therefore drawn a conclusion that the choice of the compulsive change modei is the basie cause. |
